Requirements for student visa
The applicant for student visa, having means sufficient for education and support in the Philippines, must be at least eighteen (18) years old and seeks to enter the Philippines temporarily and solely for the purpose of taking up a course of study higher than high school at a university, seminary, academy, college or school, approved for foreign students by the Commission on Higher Education.
The student applicant must first communicate with the school concerned and comply with the school’s institutional requirements.
Said school shall forward the application package to the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) for approval. Once approved, the application package shall be endorsed by CHED to the Bureau of Immigration (BI), if approved, it will be forwarded to the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA). The DFA will inform the Philippine Embassy for issuance of the student visa. The Philippine Embassy shall then notify the student accordingly.
Upon receiving the authority for issuance of student visa, the following are requirements:
- Personal appearance
- Accomplished visa application form
- Passport with at least six (6) months of validity beyond the authorized period of stay in the Philippines
- Original and (2) photocopy of passport data page
- One (1) passport-size photograph taken during at least six (6) months, quarter profile showing earlobes
- Original copy of the school’s Notice of Acceptance (NOA) containing a clear impression of the school’s dry seal, addressed to the student;
- Original copy of the Certificate of Eligibility for Admission (CEA) issued by the Commission of Higher Education (CHED), if enrolled in courses or programs where restrictions may exist due to shortage of facilities, as in Medicine or Dentistry;
- Police Clearance issued by the national police authorities in the student’s country of origin or legal residence, authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post having consular jurisdiction over the place;
- Medical Health Certificate issued by an authorized physician including standard-size chest x-ray authenticated by the Philippine Embassy/Consulate.
متطلبات تأشيرة طالب
يجب على المتقدم بطلب تأشيرة طالب أن يكون لديه الدعم المالي الكافي و الدعم من الفلبين و أن يكون 18 سنة على الأقل و يود أن يسافر إلى الفلبين مؤقتا بهدف الدراسة بإحدى الجامعات أو الكليات او الأكادميات في الفلبين , و أيضا يجب أن يتم الموافقة على الطلاب الأجانب من مجلس التعليم العالي (CHED) في الفلبين.
يجب على الطالب التواصل أولا مع الجامعة او الكلية او الأكادمية و الإلتزام بمتطلبات المؤسسة التعليمية أو الجامعة.
سيكون على المؤسسه التعليمية إرسال أوراق الطالب إلى مجلس للتعليم العالي(CHED) في الفلبين للحصول على الموافقة. و بعد ذلك يتم ارسال الأوراق من مجلس التعليم العالي(CHED) إلى مكتب الهجرة (IB) للموافقة عليها و أخيرا يجب أن يتم توثيق الأوراق من مكتب الخارجية في الفلبين (DFA) و التي ستُرسل للسفارة الفلبينية في مصر بإصدار تأشيرة طالب و سوف تقوم السفارة بإخطار الطالب بموافقة مكتب الخارجية في الفلبين على الدراسة.
بعد موافقة مكتب الحارجية من الفلبين على مستندات الطالب, سوف يتقدم الطالب بطلب الحصول على تأشيرة في سفارة الفلبين في مصر و يتبع الآتي:
الحضور الشخصي إلى السفارة
مليء استمارة الطلب
جواز سفر صالح لمدة ستة أشهر أو أكثر إن كانت مدة الدراسة أكثر من سته أشهر.
نسخه من بيانات جواز السفر
صورة شخصية بحجم صورة جواز السفر و أن تكون الُأذن واضحة
النسخة الأصلية من خطاب الموافقة (NOA) لدي المؤسسة التعليمية و يجب أن يكون ختم المؤسسة واضح و موجه إلى الطالب.
النسخة الأصلية لشهاده التصريح بالتقديم (CEA) من المجلس للتعليم العالي(CHED), إن كان الطالب مُلتحق في كلية طب أو أسنان و ذلك بسبب الإمكانيات التي من الممكن ان تكون غير متوافرة
استخراج الصحيفه الجنائية (الفيش و التشبيه) من قسم الشرطة في بلد المُتقدم للدراسه و الإقامة القانونية
شهادة طبية من طبيب مختص و التي تضم أشعة للصدر و يتم توثيقها من سفارة الفلبين.

9C seaman’s visa requirements:
1. Personal appearance of applicant

4. 1 Recent passport-size colored photo
5. Confirmed airline booking (2 copies)
6. Copy of Seaman’s book

- Recent passport-size colored photo
- Confirmed airline ticket showing inbound / arrival and outbound / departure flights (2 copies)
- Confirmed hotel booking or invitation letter from sponsor/host in the Philippines (Note: Invitation letters must be notarized and emailed (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) by the sponsor/host directly to the Philippine Embassy. They must indicate the address and telephone number of sponsor/host in the Philippines and be accompanied by a copy of the passport or ID)
* All documents submitted must be in English
Requirements for Single-entry Visa for Spouses or Children of Filipino nationals
- Personal appearance of the applicant (for children, only those 15 years old and above need to appear personally)
- Duly accomplished visa application form
- Passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond the intended period of stay in the Philippines (original plus 2 photocopies of datapage)
- Recent passport-size colored photo
- Confirmed airline ticket showing inbound / arrival and outbound / departure flights (2 copies)
- Invitation letter from Filipino spouse/parent (Note: Invitation letters must be notarized and emailed to (This email address is being protected from spambots. They must indicate the address and telephone number of the host in the Philippines and be accompanied by a copy of the spouse / parent's passport or ID)
* All documents submitted must be in English

- Passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond the intended period of stay in the Philippines (original plus 2 photocopies of datapage)
- Recent passport-size colored photo

A visa serves as a pre-entry clearance. Visa holders are still subject to standard immigration controls at ports of entry into the Philippines. Airport immigration officers have the authority to deny or restrict / limit the entry of a foreigner, as may be warranted by circumstances.
The Embassy reserves the right to require the submission of additional supporting documents when necessary.
Egyptian and Sudanese nationals need to apply for visa. Ethiopian, Eritrean and Djibouti nationals can travel to Philippines and stay for 30 days without visa.
متطلبات التأشيرة الفردية للزوج أو الزوجة أو للأطفال لدي مواطنة فليبينية
١- الحضور الشخصي لصاحب الطلب يجب أن يكون الطفل ١٥ سنة على الأقل فيما فوق
٢- نموذج طلب تأشيرة مستوفى البيانات
٣- جواز سفر صالح + صورة من جواز السفر

يجب تسليم كل المستندات باللغة الإنجليزية
يجب على الزوج أو الزوجة من دولة الفلبين تقديم وثيقة الزواج إلى السفارة بالإيضافة إلى متطلبات الستة . يجب توثيق عقد الزواج من مكتب الشئون الخارجية في الفلبين إن كان الزواج داخل الفلبين أو تقديم للسفارة عقد الزواج موثق من وزارة الخارجية بمصر إن كان الزواج داخل مصر.
بالإضافة إلى الُمتطلبات الست التي تم ذكرها يجب على الطفل الفلبيني تقديم شهادة الميلاد باللغة الإنجليزية.
المتطلبات لإصدار تأشيرة للزيارة المؤقتة
١- الحضور الشخصي لصاحب الطلب
٢- نموذج طلب تأشيرة مستوفى البيانات
٣- جواز سفر صالح + صورة من جواز السفر

لطالبي تأشيرات الأعمال يطبق عليه المتطلبات الست التي تم ذكرها بالإيضافة إلى:
أ. خطاب من الشركة / المؤسسة متضمن طبيعة الرحلة
ب. شهادة قيد من صاحب العمل يضم الراتب الشهري و المنصب
لطالبي تأشيرة بغرض سياحي يطبق عليه المتطلبات الست التي تم ذكرها بالإيضافة إلى:
كشف حسابى بنكى بمبلغ لا يقل عن ثلاثة الالف دولار أو مايعادل المبلغ بأى عملة اخرى و شهادة من صاحب العمل تضُم الراتب الشهري (اختياري)
إن كان الشخص قاصر- يطبق عليه المتطلبات الست التي تم ذكرها بالإيضافة إلى:
أ. شهادة الميلاد باللغة الإنجليزية
ب. خطاب من اولياء الأًمور
ت. كشف حساب بنكي من ولي الأمر بثلاثة الالف دولار أو مايعادل المبلغ بأى عملة.
يتم إصدار التأشيرة بعد عشر أيام عمل
رسوم التأشيرة : 40 دولار
تعتبر التأشيرات بمثابة تصريح ما قبل الدخول. حامل التأشيرة لا يزال يخضع لضوابط الهجرة النموذجية في موانئ الدخول إلى الفلبين. ضباط الهجرة بالمطار لديهم السلطة لحرمان أو تقييد / الحد من دخول أجنبي، الذى من الممكن ان يضمنة الظروف.
السفارة لديها حق طلب تقديم مستندات أخرى إضافية عند الضرورة
يشترط على المصريين و السودانيين التقدم للحصول على تأشيرة مسبقة
يمكن لمواطني اثيوبيا و إريتريا و جيبوتي السفر إلى الفلبين و البقاء لمدة 30 يوما دون تأشيرة .
