Requirements for student visa
The applicant for student visa, having means sufficient for education and support in the Philippines, must be at least eighteen (18) years old and seeks to enter the Philippines temporarily and solely for the purpose of taking up a course of study higher than high school at a university, seminary, academy, college or school, approved for foreign students by the Commission on Higher Education.
The student applicant must first communicate with the school concerned and comply with the school’s institutional requirements.
Said school shall forward the application package to the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) for approval. Once approved, the application package shall be endorsed by CHED to the Bureau of Immigration (BI), if approved, it will be forwarded to the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA). The DFA will inform the Philippine Embassy for issuance of the student visa. The Philippine Embassy shall then notify the student accordingly.
Upon receiving the authority for issuance of student visa, the following are requirements:
- Personal appearance
- Accomplished visa application form
- Passport with at least six (6) months of validity beyond the authorized period of stay in the Philippines
- Original and (2) photocopy of passport data page
- One (1) passport-size photograph taken during at least six (6) months, quarter profile showing earlobes
- Original copy of the school’s Notice of Acceptance (NOA) containing a clear impression of the school’s dry seal, addressed to the student;
- Original copy of the Certificate of Eligibility for Admission (CEA) issued by the Commission of Higher Education (CHED), if enrolled in courses or programs where restrictions may exist due to shortage of facilities, as in Medicine or Dentistry;
- Police Clearance issued by the national police authorities in the student’s country of origin or legal residence, authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post having consular jurisdiction over the place;
- Medical Health Certificate issued by an authorized physician including standard-size chest x-ray authenticated by the Philippine Embassy/Consulate.
متطلبات تأشيرة طالب
يجب على المتقدم بطلب تأشيرة طالب أن يكون لديه الدعم المالي الكافي و الدعم من الفلبين و أن يكون 18 سنة على الأقل و يود أن يسافر إلى الفلبين مؤقتا بهدف الدراسة بإحدى الجامعات أو الكليات او الأكادميات في الفلبين , و أيضا يجب أن يتم الموافقة على الطلاب الأجانب من مجلس التعليم العالي (CHED) في الفلبين.
يجب على الطالب التواصل أولا مع الجامعة او الكلية او الأكادمية و الإلتزام بمتطلبات المؤسسة التعليمية أو الجامعة.
سيكون على المؤسسه التعليمية إرسال أوراق الطالب إلى مجلس للتعليم العالي(CHED) في الفلبين للحصول على الموافقة. و بعد ذلك يتم ارسال الأوراق من مجلس التعليم العالي(CHED) إلى مكتب الهجرة (IB) للموافقة عليها و أخيرا يجب أن يتم توثيق الأوراق من مكتب الخارجية في الفلبين (DFA) و التي ستُرسل للسفارة الفلبينية في مصر بإصدار تأشيرة طالب و سوف تقوم السفارة بإخطار الطالب بموافقة مكتب الخارجية في الفلبين على الدراسة.
بعد موافقة مكتب الحارجية من الفلبين على مستندات الطالب, سوف يتقدم الطالب بطلب الحصول على تأشيرة في سفارة الفلبين في مصر و يتبع الآتي:
الحضور الشخصي إلى السفارة
مليء استمارة الطلب
جواز سفر صالح لمدة ستة أشهر أو أكثر إن كانت مدة الدراسة أكثر من سته أشهر.
نسخه من بيانات جواز السفر
صورة شخصية بحجم صورة جواز السفر و أن تكون الُأذن واضحة
النسخة الأصلية من خطاب الموافقة (NOA) لدي المؤسسة التعليمية و يجب أن يكون ختم المؤسسة واضح و موجه إلى الطالب.
النسخة الأصلية لشهاده التصريح بالتقديم (CEA) من المجلس للتعليم العالي(CHED), إن كان الطالب مُلتحق في كلية طب أو أسنان و ذلك بسبب الإمكانيات التي من الممكن ان تكون غير متوافرة
استخراج الصحيفه الجنائية (الفيش و التشبيه) من قسم الشرطة في بلد المُتقدم للدراسه و الإقامة القانونية
شهادة طبية من طبيب مختص و التي تضم أشعة للصدر و يتم توثيقها من سفارة الفلبين.
